Peter Byck, Co-founder, CEO & President
Mr. Byck co-founded Winery Exchange after serving as VP of Strategy & Business Development for Golden State Vintners, one of the largest vineyard and winery owners in California. Mr. Byck holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Computer Science and Math from the University of California at Davis. He was raised in Sonoma County in the heart of California's wine country, and his family owns and operates Paradise Ridge Winery in Santa Rosa, CA.

Scott Diehl, Vice President, Corporate Development
Scott Diehl has over twenty years experience in sales, sales management, international, operations, and business development with enterprise-focused high technology firms. His experience includes sales and sales management positions at NCR Corporation, Apple Computer/Claris Corporation, and Oracle Corporation. He was named both national account manager of the year and regional sales manager of the year on multiple occasions. Prior to joining TradePulse, he ran sales and business development for ON24, an enterprise-focused streaming media solutions company. He has as B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a dual concentration in Marketing and Multinational Management.

John Gilmer, Senior Vice President, Operations and Technology
Mr. Gilmer is responsible for the development, delivery and support of all TradePulse data and reporting services. His organization manages ongoing data production, data quality, customer service, professional services, product development and technology infrastructure. Prior to TradePulse, John was with Instill Corporation. He served eight years as the Chief Information Officer of Sybase, Inc. and had been a consulting manager with Anderson Consulting (Accenture). He holds a BA degree in Business Economics from Golden Gate University in San Francisco

Chris Spear, Director of Operations
Mr. Spear manages the operations team that includes data collection, data processing, customer service, and professional services.  Chris has over 10 years of beverage alcohol industry experience.  As the IT Manager for a growing national wine brand Chris led the development and implementation of leading edge solutions for a wine sales enterprise that considered its use of technology a competitive advantage. In addition, Chris was a partner in a wine industry software startup. He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington with emphasis on Organizational Leadership.
