Customers
There are hundreds of leading wine and spirits companies using the
TradePulse family of information services. Customers range from small
wineries to some of the largest wine and spirits companies in the world.
Our products provide them with strategic information to understand the
marketplace, track competitors, and manage their own supply chain more
effectively.
Our approach is to form long-term partnerships with our customers. By
developing an intimate understanding of our customers' business
operations and priorities, we can tune the TradePulse service to add
specific value for each customer. We maintain an ongoing dialog with our
customers and are constantly exploring and engaging with them on new
functionality and services. We also incorporate ongoing enhancements and
developments to the TradePulse platform and leverage best practices from
across our entire customer base.
We have constructed a suite of online back end measurement tools based
on customer feedback. These tools enable our customers to see the status
of their data processing at any given point during the month. They can
also see how our team is coding their products, where exceptions in data
volumes have occurred, and the status of data from each distributor on
any day during the month. We provide constant visibility to the data
collection/cleansing/coding process for customers so that we can
collaborate with them to improve data turnaround times and overall data
quality. Furthermore, we offer flexible and highly aggressive pricing
based on customers’ needs and budget constraints as well as long term
contracts to support our partnerships with customers.
